Cong has 10 years of experience in professional businesses. Starting his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, he performed statutory audits for multinational companies before transferring to business consulting practice in 1999. He had successfully implemented various ERP projects for MNC clients as project manager. In 2003, he worked for FPT as a presales manager. His main job then was to team up with software vendors such as SAP, Oracle, IBM in government IT projects in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Brunei. In 2006, he founded Vietsourcing Group, a company specialising in professional training and consulting.

Currently, Cong is the founding shareholder and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accountant of Vietnam Fortune Capital, a local fund management company. His main duties involved financial and accounting management, financial analysis, due diligence, office operations, and human resources.

Cong has significant experience in financial management, project management, business process engineering, and information risk management in various industries. He is familiar with both the Vietnamese Accounting System and IAS, the government regulations on investment, taxation, and accounting. He has also an active lecturer in financial and investment managmenet, accounting, project management, and professional English.

Cong is a Level 2 candidate of the CFA Program.

Majo George
MBA

After completing Pre – degree in 1990, Majo George spent 3 years to complete Bachelors Degree with Maths main and Physics and Statistics as subsidiaries from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He then passed 2 years MBA with first class in 1995 from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, India with specialization in Marketing and Foreign Trade.

He successfully completed the project work at Hindustan Lever Limited (Unilever India) during June – July 1994 on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the home – to – home sales promotion activity being carried out of ‘All clear clinic Shampoo’ – a brand of the Company in the metro city of Bangalore, India as well as on the profitability study of the C&F agent operation of Hindustan lever Limited in Bangalore.

He has attended many workshops about modern business issues such as ‘Challenges of marketing’ or ‘Corporate Strategy’. Beside, Majo also gained a lot of experience through establishing and running successfully a Private Limited company in Paramedical field, his experience spreads over all different departments such as Marketing, accounting, personnel… at managerial level.

He was in Vietnam from 2002 with his first partner - Hanoi Open University, he has been lecturer on special request for about 1 year.

Majo has been Business Development Manager for Quoc Anh IEC and Camp Manager for English Summer Camp Vietnam from 2003 to 2005.

Nguyen Thi Anh Hong

Ms. Hong has improved her skills and technique in English through her studying time in Hanoi University of Foreign Studies – Faculty of English. After that, she jointed Hanoi National Economics University and gained a lot of knowledge in accounting, finance and banking.

Nowadays, Hong is studying EMBA (Master of Business Administration in English) at Hanoi National Economics University in the program that collaborated education between National Economics University with Australia, and this program enrich her knowledge as well as Professional English in many other fields.

Starting her work as an accountant of a manufacturer, Hong has applied a lot of her knowledge gained from universities as well as converted them to her experience. Beside, she maintains her part time job as teachers in some English centers, she took courses in many fields such as general business, communication English or others. Translation and Interpretation is also one part of her job.

She is now working for Vietsourcing Group Joint Stock Company as a trainer. She received good feedbacks of students for a very helpful, very excellent and good teacher.

He is currently lecturer for Hanoi Open University and Hanoi University of Technology, beside he also is tutor on demand as well as consultant in many business fields.
